DR AZUOGU, OGERI F. mni EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN, OBSES
Holds a DVM (Doctor of Veterinary Medicine) from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, and a Masters Degree (MA) in International Law and Diplomacy from the University of Lagos. She is a Member of the Nigerian Institute (mni) being an alumnus of the great Nigerian Institute of Policy and Strategic Studies (NIPSS) a course reserved for the top echelon of Administrative cadre of the Nigeria Public Service officials. Specialized in K9 Training and providing K9 Services for Drug tracking and Counterterrorism, having spent over 15 years in the Canine Section of the Police Force Animal Branch in support of the Counter-Terrorism section of the Nigeria Police Force (NPF). Retired as Assistant Inspector General of Police (AIG) after 32 years of service contributed to and supported the Operations Department of the Nigeria Police Force. Attended and participated in various trainings on Internal Security and Counter-Insurgency at the Police Staff College, Kuru, Jos and other Internationally Organized Policing Programmes.

Holds an MSc in Global Security & Policing (Criminology) from the Prestigious Scarman Institute, Leicester University, UK. He is a Veteran of the United States Army with over Ten (10) years as a Field Artillery Officer, Four (4) years in Iraq as A Military Police Officer and Field Security Manager with Halliburton. He served as Battle Captain Commanding Officer (MP) in Charge of the Iraqi National Police Training Academy (INPA), Training and Equipping over Eight Thousand (8000) Iraq Police Officers, Commander Counter-Terrorism Unit, Convoy Captain Patrol Commander in Sadr City (Baghdad) and Formerly the Field Security Manager, Senior Security Adviser, Security Coordinator on Security, Personnel and Asset Protection, Anti-Kidnapping, Counter-Insurgency and Counter-Terrorism for the KBR-Halliburton Project in the Middle East (United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Iraq and Afghanistan).

He is a Veteran of the United States Army with over Fourteen (14) years United States Military Officer and Four (4) years in Afghanistan as a Field Operations Training Manager, Formerly Battle Commanding Captain, Battery Executive Officer and Operations Officer in charge of Personnel Training. A Graduate of Terrorism/Anti – Terrorism Advanced Course, Special Weapons Assault Tactical Team”(SWATT) Certification Course, Sniper School, Basic and Advanced Sniper Course, Small Arms Readiness/Mobilization Instructor Course (SARMIC), Infantry Basic Training and Correctional officers Course. Formerly Field Operations Manager Halliburton on Training for the Middle East (United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Iraq and Afghanistan) and United States of America.
PAUL KOGOLO, DIRECTOR OF PROJECTS, OBSES
Has pioneered and led several projects in the Development of Sensitive Data Handling Electronic Programmes on Personnel and Asset protection for a USA Military Applications support firm. Lead a team that conducted comprehensive end-to-end cross-organization applications on personnel Profiling. Responsible for Application and Report Development for E-Security Solutions that handles procedures for extensive Quality Assurance testing and product delivery to Clients. Maintain the Data Trane (an In-House application interface that supports technologies across multiple industries platform). He was an Adjunct Professor of Computer Information Science at the Atlanta Technical College, Atlanta, Georgia.
